Campus housing is available from mid-May and mid-August to meet your housing needs. Educational, professional, religious organizations, youth groups and sports clinics are welcome to stay at Central College. In addition, the college offers competitive rates on housing for summer interns working in the community and Central students looking for low-cost housing while employeed in Pella during the summer.
We offer modern, furnished, air-conditioned and non air-conditioned rooms suitable for single or double occupancy. Free parking can be found outside building entrances or just a short walk away. A 24-hour information desk and campus security are located in our Maytag Student Center. The Central Market, Grand Central Station and The Café provide excellent meals and snacks for our guests.
Our residence halls offer traditional collegiate style living. The townhouses, ranging in size from 12 beds to 72 beds, offer more intimate living spaces arranged in suites.

Internship Housing Information
Summer Interns working in the community can rent housing for their stay in Pella. A $200 deposit is required to hold their space. The attached document provides details on internship housing on campus.
Interns are housed in townhouses located in the Wing Center on W. 3rd St. in Pella. The townhouses offer shared living space and kitchens. There is one bath for every two rooms.
