How will I be billed?

Only the fall semester bill of each new academic year is mailed home. All other bills are emailed to the student, posted to MY BILL, or can be viewed any time on WebAdvisor under Financial Information.  Bills are posted on this site only when an electronic bill is created and emailed to the student. Parents must be given access to view these posted bills by their student. The student grants access by logging in to MY BILL and selecting “Create a New Account” and completing the process as directed.

Another option to view student account bills has just been created for you. This option provides up to the minute transaction information on your student’s bill, however the due date for payment automatically reflects the date you are viewing this option. For actual due dates, refer to the payment method you have chosen. Please have the student complete the “Parent Access Child Record” process on WebAdvisor. WebAdvisor is a key destination your student will be using frequently and they have been given access to it at Orientation. After completing the “Parent Access Child Record” process, it will generate an email to you. It is then your responsibility to complete the process so you have full disclosure of all financial information regarding the student’s bill, 1098T, financial aid, etc.
