David Timmer has taught at Central College since 1980. He has published articles on medieval Jewish-Christian relations, Franciscan missionaries in colonial Mexico and Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s life and thought. He has served on the Commission on Theology of the Reformed Church in America and as editor of Perspectives: A Journal of Reformed Thought. His extra-curricular interests center on music, particularly choral singing.
