The Hoo-Rah Squad is a group united effort to support Central College. It is comprised of members of the Dutch Boom, Pep Band, Flag Line, Cheer Squad, Dance Team and Dutch Brigade, as well as Central school mascot Big Red. The focus of the Hoo-Rah Squad is to bring school spirit to football games, school rallies or any other college function where it is needed.
When Nick Bandy ’25 transferred to Central College, he discovered the college experience he was always searching for, complete with lifelong friendships, focus on academics and football.
