**This is a Central RED event for members of the Society. If interested in becoming a member, check out our website at **

Take a break before the holiday rush and enjoy some Van Veen chocolates—Chuck and Jill are cooking up all kinds of new goodies for us to try! They’ll also share with us the history of Van Veen Chocolates and what it takes to own a chocolate company. One glass of wine is included in the price.

Chuck and Jill Van Veen are the owners of Van Veen Chocolates and cook up their masterpieces on the south side of Pella. Chuck is a Pella native who returned to the area with his New York bride after many years of living around the country. He decided to try his hand at producing some of the candy his mother had once made….and the rest is history.
