The registrar’s primary responsibilities are related to facilitating registration and verifying degree completion, although we also certify athletic participation eligibility, collect course grades, maintain the academic transcript, generate the schedule of courses, schedule classrooms, process transfer and AP credit, process major/minor declarations, maintain the academic calendar, issue diplomas, provide enrollment verifications, maintain the college catalog, protect student records in accordance with FERPA, provide data related to enrollment, retention and graduation rates and work collaboratively with faculty, academic advisors and class deans.
