Summer Program
Participants are in residence on the beautiful Central College campus for a six-week summer program that engages students in:
Summer 2008 Schedule
June 8-July 16, 2008
Sunday, June 8
Bridge students arrive / move into residence halls, 9-11 a.m.
Bridge Lunch, 11:30 a.m.
Bridge Student Orientation, 12:00- 1:30 p.m.
All UB & UBMS students arrive / move into residence halls, 12-3 p.m.
TC led campus tour per floor, 3-4 p.m.
Computer Training / Student Orientation, 4-5:45 p.m.
Howdy BBQ, 6 p.m.
Monday, June 9
Bridge UB Classes begin on regular schedule, 8:30 a.m.
CTBS Testing for all UB/UBMS students, 9-Noon.
Shortened class schedule, 12:45-3:45 p.m.
Friday, June 13
Students leave for home, 4 p.m.
Sunday, June 15
Students return in evening, 7 p.m.
Friday, June 20
Students leave for home, 4 p.m.
Sunday, June 22
Students return in evening, 7 p.m.
Friday, June 27-29
Students on campus; Lip Sync and Talent Show activities
Thursday, July 3
Central College UB/UBMS Olympics a.m. academics / p.m. track meet

Students leave for home, 4 p.m.

Students gone for holiday break

Students return in evening, 7 p.m.

UB/UBMS Awards Night Gala, Banquet & Dance

Visitor’s Day, parents & family members encouraged to attend
Room key return
Students must send EVERYTHING home from dorm rooms...students will not be
returning to campus!
All guests depart and students leave for home, 4 p.m.
Monday, July 14
Students will be picked up from high school locations for end of summer field trip to
Kansas City
Wednesday, July 16
Students return from field trip to Kansas City,
