First, choose the type/category of item and then fill in the relevant information.

URL that has further information
Description
Don't use <p> tags or <br> tags; simply use ONE blank line to separate paragraphs; otherwise, feel free to use other html tags such as the <em> tag for italics or <strong> tag for bold (but be sure to also provide closing tags - </em> or </strong>).
