- Rusty From Accepted to Teach For America
- Rusty From, a 2006 graduate, was accepted to the Teach For America program. From, a mathematics and philosophy major, was one of 2,200 students picked from 18,000 applicants. He will be teaching math in Houston, Texas.
- Flaherty at Google Workshop
- Kim Flaherty, a senior from Holdrege, Nebraska, was selected to attend the Google Workshop for Women Engineers. She is one of 100 women across the country selected who visited Google's headquarters in Mountain View, California to hear about the latest trends in computer science from Google's Engineers. Congratulations Kim!
