Eggs and Cholesterol: a Web Site Evaluation Assignment

PART ONE: Consider the topic of "Eggs and Cholesterol." Take a quick look at all of the following seven sites to get a sense of the issues involved and the arguments that in connection to cholesterol, eating eggs is or is not a problem. Try to determine which sites might be more reliable sources of information.

PART TWO: Select two sites to evaluate more thoroughly.  You might choose two that stand out as particularly better or worse than the others, or you might select two that have particularly contrasting viewpoints.

PART THREE: Briefly evaluate the two sites you have selected. Consider the appropriateness, accuracy, authorship, purpose, detail and design, and overall worth of each site. Address as many of the questions discussed earlier as you can. Finally, please indicate which site you think has made the better case for or against eggs.
