Description: Salad Worker
Function: Responsible to the Director of Catering and Manager of the Central Market for various salad preparations and catering support activities.
Qualifications: Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write, add, subtract and follow instructions. Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. One year of effective food service experience required. ServSafe Certification required or willingness to obtain.
