Description: Advancement Database Coordinator
Function: Responsible to the Database Specialist/Endowed Scholarship Coordinator for maintaining the advancement database and for providing general administrative support to the advancement office.
Qualifications: Maintain the advancement database by updating and adding all records utilizing the Benefactor system. Review integrity reports and verify the accuracy of all information produced/collected. Stay current with all practices related to database management and the Benefactor system. Minimum qualifications include training beyond high school with knowledge of office support procedures, including MS Office applications and web application. At least two years of database management experience preferred.
