Description: Staffing Coordinator/HR Associate

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Function: Responsible to the Human Resources Director for coordinating the recruitment and staffing needs of the College for administrative and support staff including, analyzing information provided on a prospective employee's application form, conduct personal interviews, and determine the suitability of the applicant for employment; maintains and develops the human resource website, PDF files, forms, employee handbooks; and assisting with a variety of Human Resource activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred with one to two years of effective experience. Requires computer experience (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and website program), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
