Department: Dining Services
Description: Quality Control Supervisor
Function: Responsible to the Manager of the Central Market for overseeing set-up and quality control of Central Market food.
Qualifications: Training beyond high school or equivalent plus one to two years dining service experience. Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 40 lbs. and stand up to four hours. ServSafe Sanitation Certification required or willingness to obtain.
