Title of Position: Director of Merida , Mexico Study ProgramCentral College invites applications for the position of Director of Merida, Mexico Study Program. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Mexico or Spanish speaking country, superior level of Spanish and English, immediate eligibility to work in Mexico, and experience with American systems of higher education. This position offers the creative and dynamic individual an opportunity to advance Central's well-established international education identity.
This twelve-month position reports to the Director of Central College Abroad and is responsible for directing all aspects of the college's Merida Study Program. Responsibilities include: coordinate and advance the development of the academic and residence program, orient students and facilitate their cross-cultural adjustment, advise students and provide limited teaching, manage the facility, supervise student housing and house staff, coordinate course registration with local universities, support program promotion initiatives and student recruitment, manage budget and maintain records.
