Title of Position: Director of Annual FundCentral College invites applications for the position of Director of Annual Fund. This position is directly responsible to the Director of Development and Campaign Manager for organizing, implementing, and directing the programs necessary to provide an increasing level of annually recurring gifts from all constituent groups in support of the operating budget.
The Director of Annual Fund establishes annual goals and implements action plans to obtain unrestricted support for Central College. The successful candidate will be able to organize, implement, and direct specific programs to solicit annual support for Central College from alumni, parents, friends, corporations, faculty, and staff, including direct mail, phonathons, and personal solicitations. The Director of Annual Fund will also recruit and manage a network of volunteers to assist with the solicitation of gifts for the Central Fund and research prospective donors and segment by potential, develop plans for cultivation, and organize the optimum strategies to solicit these donors.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with two to four years effective experience in fund raising preferred.
