Title of Position: Catholic Campus Ministries Coordinator

Central College invites applications for the position of Catholic Campus Ministries Coordinator. This 10-month, full-time position is directly responsible to the Chaplain to foster the growth of Catholic Central College students in their Catholic identity and to provide an open environment to share the Christian faith. He or she will help bring worshipful, prayerful fellowship times to the community of Central College . The successful candidate will assist in coordinating, with the help of a priest, sacramental activity such as Mass and /or other sacramental services as well as organize and/or teach the Catholic faith through Bible study and faith sharing groups. This individual will organize fellowship, social, and volunteer activities for students and be an active presence in the overall life of the college community. The Catholic Campus Ministries Coordinator will also help facilitate interdenominational activities to foster the growth of Catholic Central College students in an ecumenical environment.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and some experience teaching, leading Bible studies, or other equivalent ministry experience, excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
