Description: Campus Visit Coordinator

Function: Responsible to the Dean of Admission for coordination of the campus visitation program and serve in back-up role for application generation and main admission phone line. Provide initial customer service to all prospective students and any additional campus visitors. Establish department contacts to coordinate faculty/staff/coach appointments. Maintain comprehensive reporting program to track daily visits, monthly summaries and year end reports.

Qualifications: Qualifications include an Associate's degree in a technical or administrative program or equivalent, plus 1-3 years of effective office experience required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
