Department: Intercultural Life and Total Success
Description: Administrative Assistant, Intercultural Life and Total Success/Early Alert
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (August 1 - May 31)
Function: Responsible to the Director of Intercultural Life and the Total Success/Early Alert Program Coordinator for performing a variety of support activities associated with the college's intercultural life and total success/early alert program. Provide appointment scheduling support. Coordinate mailings and correspondence with on-campus and off-campus constituencies. Coordinate and process evaluative data gathered from various programs. Attend weekly Early Alert meetings to provide clerical support.
Qualifications: Qualifications include training beyond high school, or equivalent, plus one to three years of effective experience.
