Human Resources at Central College
The mission of the Central College Human Resource department is to support the overall mission and goals of the college by:
Recruiting and retaining qualified college staff and student employees; promoting a work environment of respect where each person is treated consistently and appreciated for their skills and abilities; serving the faculty and staff by providing a comprehensive benefit package; educating faculty and staff on the availability and use of such benefits; and providing developmental opportunities and employment related services for college staff and student employees.

Location
The Human Resources office is located in the lower (basement) level of Central Hall in Room 1A, below Douwstra Auditorium.
Central Hall may be reached using the University Street entrance by entering the parking lot between Graham Conference Center and the Physical Plant and heading directly forward to a glass door. Once inside, head down one flight of stairs into the basement level and proceed forward. At the end of the hall (by vending machines) turn left, where we will be found mid-way down on the left side.
The entrance facing Central pond may be used as well. Once inside the building, turn left through the glass doors and head down two flight of stairs into the basement level. Proceed directly down the hall, where we will be found mid-way down on the left side.
