Transfer Student Scholarships
If you are transferring into Central, scholarships are available to you. Academic scholarships are awarded based on your college and high school achievement.
Presidential Transfer Scholarship - $8,000*
Students must have 3.5 cumulative college g.p.a. and completed at least 26 semester hours of college work.
Central Scholarship - $6,000*
Students that have graduated from high school and have enrolled in and completed college coursework.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship - $1,000
Students must be an active member of Phi Theta Kappa and be admitted to Central by April 1, 2008.
Multicultural Scholarships - Amount varies
Must be a member of an under-represented ethnic minority group. Demonstrate potential for involvement and leadership in campus and community activities.
Heritage Award – $1,500 to $2,100
Must be a member of the Reformed Church in America OR be the child of an alum OR have a sibling who is attending or has graduated from Central College.
*Students may receive the Presidential Transfer Scholarship OR the Central Scholarship.
