Campus Ministries
Get involved through campus ministries!
Whether it’s through worship services, discipleship, mentorship, retreats or Bible studies, the college’s campus ministries program is here and open to all. A student’s spiritual journey is an important part of his or her college experience.
“Our goal in campus ministries is to meet students where they are in their Christian walk, and then help them find a vision of what Christ has in store for their life,” said Matt Ploeger, worship/ministry team coordinator.
Many students, whether new to ministry or continuing their faith, participate in campus ministries. A wide array of opportunities are available for Central students to grow spiritually.
The Calm
A contemporary worship service with a message by Chaplain Joe Brummel and lots of great music. Held every Sunday at 9 p.m. in the Upper Chapel. Drama, videos and testimonies are organized by the student worship planning team. The Calm is a great place to find a Christian community and get connected with the body of Chirst.
Community Worship
Tuesdays at 11 a.m. in the Upper Chapel. Traditional church music, message, scripture, fellowship and prayer in a small group, is offered through this worship. A meal is also provided after worship. This is a great place to get in touch with a Christian community and to set your mind and heart in the right place for the rest of the week.
