If you need service in your residence hall room, office or else-where on campus, please complete and send the request form by clicking here (do not use for emergency requests!) or contact the Facilities planning and management office at 641-628-7676 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For after-hours emergencies, please call security at 641-780-2847.
