Once you have achieved a degree in teaching and are approved for a teaching
certificate by the Board of Educational Examiners in the state of Iowa, you are
able to pursue a teaching position in Iowa schools. Depending on your
teaching license, our graduates seek teaching positions in Preschool - 12th
grade throughout schools in Iowa and across the nation. Your Iowa teaching license is recognized throughout many other states.
Some states desire additional requirements for teaching in their schools.
