Illustrations from Exploring Abstract Algebra with Mathematica
This page is meant to give some illustrations of the nature of the Exploring Abstract Algebra with Mathematica book.
- One of way of getting a good feel for the lab portion of the book is download or view one of the four sample labs that are freely available at this site.
- Another way is to read any of the articles listed in our Publications subsection of the Resources section.
- Additionally, by viewing illustrations of how the AbstractAlgebra package can be used, this will give insights into how the labs are created.
- Since the book, in addition to the group and ring labs, also contains a complete user's guide, it may be helpful to view the introductory chapter of this guide. (Note that this is also available free with the AbstractAlgebra package for those who download it.)
