The Weller Center for Business and International Studies contains the business, foreign language and international studies departments. Central’s recent accounting graduates have received the highest CPA exam scores in the state of Iowa. Central is also nationally recognized for its language programs, which offer instruction in French, German, Spanish and Chinese. The Weller Center also houses the offices for Central College Abroad, which has established study abroad sites in Spain, Mexico, London, France, the Netherlands, China, Austria and Wales. Central’s study abroad program is one of the largest and best in the country. Approximately 45 percent of Central’s students take advantage of its study abroad program.
