Incline Bench Press

  • Lay onto an incline bench with no more than a 45 degree incline.
  • Grasp the bar with the same grip as the bench.
  • Unrack the bar and lower it to your upper chest. Press the weight up in a straight line while maintaining your four points of contact (feet, hips, shoulders and head).
