DB Incline Bench Press

  • Lay onto an incline bench with no more than a 45 degree incline.
  • Grasp the DB's with the same grip as the DB Bench.
  • Lower the DB's to your upper chest. Press the weight up in a straight line while maintaining your four points of contact (feet, hips, shoulders and head).
