Inverted Rack Row

  • Set a bar across the safety catches of a squat rack.
  • Laying under the bar, grip the bar with an over hand grip slightly outside the shoulders.
  • Keeping your body tight and hips up, pull yourself up until your chest hits the bar.
  • Lower yourself slowly to the start. Your arms must be straight at the beginning of each rep.
  • It is important to keep your body straight and your hips up.
