DB Alt. Military Press

  • Stand up while holding a DB in each hand with palms facing each other. The DB's should be supported on your shoulders.
  • Press one arm up until the elbow is locked. Pause for one second at the top.
  • Lower arm and repeat with the other arm.
  • Avoid excessive backward torso lean.
