DB Military Press
- Stand up while holding a DB in each hand with palms facing each other. The DB's should be supported on your shoulders.
- Press both arms up until the elbows are locked. Pause for one second at the top.
- Lower arms and repeat.
- Avoid excessive backward torso lean.
