Lat Pull-Down

  • Grasp a straight bar on a lat pulldown machine with your hands approx. shoulder width apart.
  • Sit down in the machine and pull the bar down to your chest without excessive swinging of your torso.
  • Return to start position.
  • Grips and abbreviations are the same as pull-ups.
