Behind the Neck Push Jerk
- The bar will be resting on your back with your hands right outside your shoulders.
- Your feet will be directly under your hips.
- You will dip with your hips and knees and drive with your legs while pressing with you arms.
- Catch in an athletic position with a bend in your ankle, knee and hip.
Note: Make sure you have spotters to help guide the bar back down to the starting position.
