Push Press

Start Position:

  • The bar will be resting on the front of your shoulders with your hands right outside your shoulders.
  • Your feet will be directly under your hips.


  • You will dip with your hips and knees and drive with your legs while pressing with you arms.
  • Catch with your legs straight.
