Barbell row

  1. Stand up while holding a barbell with hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
  2. Sliding your hips back and keeping lower back arched and your scapula pulled together; lower yourself until your torso is parallel with the ground.
  3. While keeping this position pull the bar up to your middle abdomen.
  4. Return to start position.
