Dumbbell alternating military press

  1. Stand up while holding a DB in each hand with palms facing each other. The DB’s should be supported on your shoulders.
  2. Press one arm up until the elbow is locked. Pause for one second at the top.
  3. Lower arm and repeat with the other arm.
  4. Avoid excessive backward torso lean.
