SB Bent-Leg Bridge

  1. Lay on your back with both feet up on the stability ball and your arms out away from your body.
  2. The ball itself should be as close to your butt as possible with your knees bent.
  3. Simply raise your hips off of the ground, keeping the knees bent, until your body is in a straight line.
  4. Pause for one second at the top and focus on really squeezing your glutes as hard as possible.
  5. Return to start position.
