  1. Start Position
    • The bar will be resting on your back with your hands right outside your shoulders.
    • Your feet will be directly under your hips.
  2. Execution
    • You will dip with your hips and knees and drive with your legs while pressing with you arms.
    • Catch in an athletic position with a bend in your ankle, knee and hip.
