Lat pulldown

  1. Grasp a straight bar on a lat pulldown machine with your hands approx. shoulder width apart.
  2. Sit down in the machine and pull the bar down to your chest without excessive swinging of your torso.
  3. Return to start position.
  4. Grips and abbreviations are the same as pull-ups.
