Lat pulldown
- Grasp a straight bar on a lat pulldown machine with your hands approx. shoulder width apart.
- Sit down in the machine and pull the bar down to your chest without excessive swinging of your torso.
- Return to start position.
- Grips and abbreviations are the same as pull-ups.
