Central clinches baseball title share

MOUNT VERNON--A 6-5 victory at Cornell College Saturday assures the Central College baseball team of at least a share of its first Iowa Conference championship since 2006 and its fifth title overall. And with three games remaining, including a Sunday doubleheader at Cornell, the Dutch need one win to secure their first outright league baseball crown since 1948.
