PELLA—Central College is up another spot to No. 6 in the D3football.com top 25.
The Dutch, seventh a week ago, were 41-17 winners at Loras College Saturday.
Perennial powers Mount Union (Ohio) and Wis.-Whitewater remain first and second. Each are 7-0. Previously unbeaten Wheaton College (Ill.), tumbled from No. 3 to No. 14 after a 27-7 thrashing by No. 13 North Central College (Ill.). North Central jumped to No. 9 at 6-1.
Central plays its regular-season home finale Saturday, meeting Buena Vista Univ. in a 1 p.m. game at Ron and Joyce Schipper Stadium in Pella.
