Ryerson Golf Range
Named for the architect of Central's men's golf dynasty, coach Norman "Doc" Ryerson, the range is one of the only on-campus golf practice facilities in Div. III. With 20 tee boxes, the facility opened in 2004 and is available to Central students as well as golf team members. Golfers also benefit from a new artificial putting green and practice bunker.
Just two miles from campus is Central's home course, the rugged Bos Landen Golf Resort. Given a four-star rating by Golf Digest, the par-72 layout was named the top public course in Iowa four times. It's located in a hilly, heavily wooded area near Lake Red Rock.
