Central softball field
The softball diamond, site of several NCAA Div. III regional tournaments as well as the 1992 national finals, was extensively renovated in 2001. A new infield was installed, along with a new, irrigated outfield, new fencing and warning track and new dugouts. Both the baseball and softball facilities have a permanent press box as well. A new baseball field is being planned, with the current baseball facility being used as a practice facility.
The complex also features a practice softball diamond which is used for intramurals.

In 2008, Central College unveiled new nearly identical scoreboards at the baseball and softball fields. The one pictured above is from the softball diamond.
Baseball field
The baseball field was opened in 1977. A press box was added in 1992 and new dugouts were later added, along with improved seating and fencing to match the high-quality playing field.
