Serving Central's student-athletes for more than 40 years

The Central Club helps Central College's students participate in an athletic program that matches the level of excellence of the college's academic program.

Since its organization in 1959, the Central Club has provided athletes with equipment that the college would not otherwise have been able to obtain.

Purchases reflect the club's dedication "to the further development of Central College's student-athletes."

• Nearly $40,000 worth of equipment donated in 1999-2000 alone
• Assistance provided for all 17 of Central's varsity sports
• $50,000 for equipment in the new $2.6 million Ron Schipper Fitness Center
• Equipment trailer for golf teams and other Central squad
• Medical equipment for newly expanded athletic training room
• Bose sound system for Kuyper Gym
• Support for new scoreboard and message center at Kuyper Field
