Track and Field, Cross Country Visit Day - Friday, Nov. 2 and Friday, Dec. 7

Join Central's head track and cross country coach Joe Dunham for an action packed day
at Central! Learn about Central's track and field and cross country programs, meet current
students, and tour our state-of-the art athletic facilities.

Check out our on-campus cross country course, the BSS 1000 state-of-the-art track, the Mondo SX 200 meter indoor track and meet our coaches plus the strength and conditioning coach who assures specialized training for every athlete!
