Upon acceptance into one of Central College Abroad’s eight study abroad programs, every student is provided a program specific “student survival guide”. This guide provides practical planning information, useful tips and general guidelines which help students understand their role as study abroad participants. Upon enrollment into a program, Central College Abroad also mails the students’ study abroad advisers a copy of the program specific “student survival guide” to assist them as they prepare their students for successful study abroad experiences.
We invite you to use our "sample student survial guide" as a resource. The guide is from Central College Abroad’s program in Leiden, the Netherlands.
Each guide includes a program specific section, as well as a general section; therefore, some information found in the guide will be specific to Leiden only.
