I joined the hockey club and not only did I get to play a sport I love, I also met a lot of people. There are 120 men and women in the two teams combined, so when I walked around Bangor and constantly saw people I knew, it felt like I belonged there.

health and safety

Your health and well-being is of the highest importance to Central College Abroad. We are committed to preparing you before you depart and continue our support while you are abroad. Your Student Survival Guide includes detailed information about staying healthy, avoiding health and safety risks, and what to do in the case of a health or safety emergency. Prior to departure, we work with each student individually to assess his or her health needs, if any. Every Central College Abroad site also provides a resident director who supplies health and safety information during your extensive, on-site orientation.

Your health, safety and security are our priority, but they must also be your priority. Please take the time to review the health and safety section and read all pre-departure materials. Please feel free to contact Central College Abroad if you have any further health and safety questions.
