Dr. Greg Cunningham will be the visiting faculty member in Merida, Yucatan—Fall 2014

Dr. Greg Cunningham, associate professor of biology at St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York, has been named as the visiting faculty member in Merida, Yucatan for fall 2014.  A self-proclaimed “bird-geek”, Dr. Cunningham’s research in avian behavior and sensory biology has led him to travel across the globe from the Hawaiian Islands, to the sub-Antarctic, South Africa and Central America.  While in the Yucatan, Dr. Cunningham will teach two courses.  This includes a course in tropical animal behavior to be offered at the 200 and 300 level, as well as a 200 level course in human anatomy and physiology and the effects of tropical disease.
