I took part in two internships while abroad – both at Leiden University. One in the International Admissions Department and another in the Marketing Department. They both greatly increased my interest in my major and being immersed in the local environment as well as being exposed to an international staff was one of the best experiences I had while abroad.

Request a transcript
A traditional U.S.-style transcript is one of the benefits of studying with Central College Abroad. Your courses will have a Central College course number, which allows them to transfer to your home institution just as they would from any other American institution.

Central College will send only one official transcript to your home institution according to your directions stated on your Study Abroad Approval form, and one copy will be sent to your home address.

Four weeks after departure date:

  • Vienna, Austria
  • Leiden, the Netherland
  • Paris, France
  • Bangor, Wales
  • Merida, Mexico

Six to eight weeks after departure date:

  • Granada, Spain

Eight weeks after departure date:

  • London England
  • Hangzhou, China, but varies each semester
