The academic portion in Hangzhou was very challenging and motivating. It pushed me to do my best. The trip as a whole gave me insights that I never would have had if I had not studied abroad.

Recent excursions: Historical and cultural sites in the West Lake area as well as a three-day trip to Shanghai, a five-day trip to Beijing and a visit to the nearby “canal town” of Shaoxing.

Housing and meals: Live in Zhejiang University's international college residence hall with a meal stipend included.

Program dates: Fall semester, early September – mid-December. Spring semester, mid-February – early July.
